What this service is
SuveHome reads documents you already have and produces a written opinion about what they mean for your offer. It is an opinion formed from the documents you supply, and nothing else. We do not visit the property, we do not inspect anything, and we do not search the public record.
What it is not
It is not a home inspection, and it does not replace one. It is not a legal opinion, a title search, a survey, an appraisal, or advice from a licensed professional in any of those fields. It is not a warranty, and it promises nothing about the condition of any property.
The report is produced automatically and no person reviews it before you receive it. What this cannot do sets out the limits in full, and those limits are part of these terms rather than a marketing page alongside them.
Decisions are yours
A purchase is a decision with consequences we cannot see: your finances, your tolerance for risk, what else is available to you, and how much you want this particular house. We give you a reading of the documents. Whether to buy, walk away, or counter and by how much, is yours to decide, and you should weigh professional advice alongside anything we produce.
Accuracy
We have not measured our accuracy, we publish no figure for it, and we make no claim about it. We take reasonable care and we will get things wrong. Where a finding rests on something reported rather than documented, the report says so on the finding itself.
Your documents
What happens to the documents you send is set out on your documents, in specifics rather than reassurances.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects what you are agreeing to, the page will say what changed and when, rather than quietly showing a new version.
